The conditions hereafter are applicable and supercede any other conditions, notably the ones applied for the sales directly placed to the Maison Pierre & Charles SPARR.

Orders placed through the website www.vin-alsace-sparr.com are governed by the present General Sales Conditions (GSC).

Item 1 – Order validation

Ordering implies acceptance of all general terms of sales of our GSC. Your order validation means then your unreserved acceptance of present GSC.

Item 2 – Prices

Our prices on the website www.vin-alsace-sparr.com are in EUROS, all taxes included, notably French VAT and any other taxes applicable to our products, delivery costs being added extra.

Prices may be revised at any moment by the Maison Pierre & Charles Sparr. Prices on our invoices are those in reference at the moment when the order is validated on the website www.vin-alsace-sparr.com

Item 3 – Conditions of payment

The Maison Pierre & Charles Sparr uses the most secure encrypted information processes for your maximal security on the website www.vin-alsace-sparr.com. Information from your bank card is encrypted using SSL protocol and never transits unencrypted over the network on the website www.vin-alsace-sparr.com.

On the website www.vin-alsace-sparr.com you can use the following means of payment for your purchases :

IMPORTANT : your entire bank card number appears on data entry, but only the last 5 digits will be visible in your account, the other digits will be masked for security reasons.

- cheque :

You can pay your order by sending us your payment by cheque. You just have to click on “payment by cheque” when selecting your payment means, then to print the mail of order confirmation or order description from your screen and send it together with your cheque.

In case of payment by cheque, it must be issued by a bank domiciled in metropolitan France or in Monaco.

Your cheque shall be sent within 2 working days after your order validation to :

IMPORTANT : in case of payment by cheque, delivery time will be longer, as our final acceptance is when we receive your cheque.

Item 4 – Availability of products

Should one product be unavailable after validation of your order, so we will notify it to you by e-mail. If the ordered wine is ran out, the Maison Pierre & Charles Sparr will inform you as soon as possible. With your agreement, the Maison Pierre & Charles Sparr will propose you the replacement of the unavailable vintage by another equivalent vintage.

Item 5 – Delivery

Our prices include VAT (19,60 %), delivery costs as follows in France Metropolitaine (Hors Corse).

From 18 bottles or from an order value of 200 EUR : free delivery

Delivery shall be made to the address indicated on order placing.
Delivery time can vary according to the distance, from 10 to 15 days. You will be notified by e-mail at delivery confirmation, expedition between 2 to 5 days.

According with the provisions of the French Law relative to delay of delivery of more than 7 days, it will be possible for you to cancel your order within 60 working days. In this case and if you would be delivered after your cancellation request, the Maison Pierre & Charles Sparr would reimburse the products as well as delivery costs after our receipt of the returned goods, complete and in their original package, return delivery costs being at your expense.

In case of a wrong address, the costs of re-delivery will be invoiced to you.

Item 6 – Livraison à l'étranger

Achats privés :

Les ventes à l'étranger sont soumises à la réglementation du pays du destinataire, qui s'engage à s'acquitter sous sa seule responsabilité des droits de dounes et taxes en vigeur dans son pays.
Dans tous les cas la TVA Française incluse dans le prix de vente reste due.

Pour les achats en suspension de TVA Française veuillez nous contacter.

Item 7 – right of retraction

According with the provisions of the French Law, you have 7 days to retract from the date of reception of your order, without any justification, nor having to pay any penalty.

In case of exercise of this right within the 7 days, only the value of the ordered goods as well as delivery costs will be reimbursed, the return delivery costs remaining at your expense.

Returns must be sent in their original state and complete (packaging, protections …)

Item 8 – Protection of minors

In accordance with Law L. 3342-1 of the Public Health Code, stipulating that alcohol sale to minors under sixteen (16) is forbidden, the customer confirms being over sixteen (16) years of age when validating his order on the website www.vin-alsace-sparr.com.

Item 9 – Transfer of ownership

Goods remain the ownership of the Maison Pierre & Charles Sparr until full payment of the invoice, in accordance with the French Law n° 80 336 of May 1, 1980, relative to transfer of ownership.

Item 10 – Complaints

Any complaint for breakage, loss or theft, of all or part of a delivery, should be indicated at delivery to the forwarder, stipulated on the delivery receipt, then be confirmed to us by mail within 48 hours, to be accepted. After agreement of our Services, all missing or damaged goods will be replaced free of charge.

Item 11 – Personal data confidentiality

In accordance with the items 39 and 40 of French Law relative to data processing, data files and individual liberties N. 78-17 dated January 6, 1978 (modified), your have the right to access, rectify and delete all information about yourself. You may exercise this right by contacting the webmasters of www.vin-alsace-sparr.com to the above address or by e-mail. By virtue of the Law n° 2000-719 of August 1, 2000, the data given by the customer could be communicated upon summons of lawful authority.

Item 12 – Electronic form

Any data recorded on electronic forms of the website www.vin-alsace-sparr.com are in accordance with the French Law 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relative to data processing, data files and individual liberties.

Item 13 – Intellectual Property

The framework, texts, pictures, animated or not, and all elements present on the website www.vin-alsace-sparr.com are the ownership of the Maison Pierre & Charles Sparr. They shall not be imitated or copied, partly or entirely, whatever the support, without prior consent of the Maison Pierre & Charles Sparr.

Any display, copy of this website, whatever the process, would constitute a patent infringement punished in accordance with items L335-2 and following ones of the Intellectual Property Code.

Item 14 – Applicable Law - Jurisdiction

Present GSC are governed and shall be interpreted in the meaning of French Law. In case of litigation regarding interpretation or appliance of the present GSC, French court shall have sole jurisdiction, within the Headquarters of the Maison Pierre & Charles SPARR’s province.

Item 15 – Language

The language of interpretation of the present GSC is French.
